Matcha: Healthy Green, Smooth Flavor

In our cognition, green means some images and feelings like, healthy, free of pollution, eco-friendly, fresh, grass and so on. Today, I am going to introduce a natural green powder: matcha. In our daily life, matcha is a product that some like it very much, others can not stand it at all, like durian which is also a fruit has two opposite likes. What Is Matcha?

Recipe:

Matcha Cake

Ingredients: Egg, sugar, blender, flour, baking powder, Matcha powder, milk

Step: 1. Separate the egg, egg white and egg yolk. Beat the egg white with sugar into hard bubbles in an electric mixing cup.

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and Matcha powder
  2. Scatter the egg yolk, then add milk
  3. Add egg yolk and flour to the beaten egg white and stir well
  4. Pour the batter into acontainer
  5. High fire in microwave oven for 3 minutes, then finished.
